Letter postmarked 13 Sept 2010

We received our first letter! He wished his mom a Happy Birthday. He said the MTC is incredible! He said he has learned more about the gospel in his first 4 days in the MTC than he ever had. He said he has great teachers - one was a return mission president from Houston and the other is one of the men who helped put together "Preach My Gospel".

He likes his companion, Elder Biernesser. He is also rooming with an Elder from Wales and an Elder from New Zealand. He said that he misses home and everbody here but his experience so far is worth it. He really loves the MTC.
